How Scout of the Month Works

Scout of the Month is designed to be fair and give every Scout an opportunity to be recognized.

  • First Come, First Served:
    Scouts are placed in the rotation in the order they qualify or are submitted.

  • Rotating System:
    We move through the list one Scout at a time each month.

  • Everyone Stays in the Queue:
    Once a Scout is added to the queue, they remain there until they have been selected as Scout of the Month.

  • No One Skipped:
    After a Scout has received the recognition, their name is removed from the current rotation. This ensures every Scout is recognized before the rotation begins again.

This system ensures the process is organized, fair, and that each Scout has the opportunity to be honored.
