Crew 211 is in the final stages approaching our Kodiak.
We have openings for youth ages 14 - 20.
It runs July 27 - August 2, 2008 at Camp Bob Hardin.
Requirements : Class III physical, permission (application)
Cost $160.

Hey Paul,
I know more or less what a Kodiak is, but I suspect others may not. How about providing some of the details of all the great activities being planned. Also may want to put a short article in the Palmetto Post which is being prepared as we speak. Contact Morgan At the office.

Personally, I call it COPE on Steroids!
While some think I get too excited about it, I think it's a major career booster for soon-to-be adults. I received a brochure on the same thing at work, career development. ON SALE it was $299 for a weekend & didn't cover half of this.
This is the outline from the syllabus.
1 Opening
2 Effective Team
3 Values/vision
4 Communications
5 Decision Making
6 Planning
Not only that, but being freshly into woodbadge, I will be optimizing team-skilled accomplishment.
Imagine your youth, instead of being asked or forced to grab a rope to help, jumping at the rope in hopes of being able to help.
